Our Story

Who is Mira?

We are four Albanian sisters who grew up in the rhythm of restaurants. At the age of 12, each of us began working with our family—finishing up at school and spending our afternoons helping run the business. Early mornings, long days, and the quiet magic of bringing people together over a meal, teaching us the meaning of hard work and hospitality before we even realized it.

From a young age, we dreamed of opening a restaurant of our own. With wild imaginations, we would share ideas we hoped to one day bring to life. But as life often does, it led us down different paths. We explored new dreams and experiences, leaving the restaurant idea behind.

Fate would have it that we found ourselves right back to where we started, but this time, we were in charge.

One of our dreams became a reality, and we got to work. Starting small, making thoughtful changes day in and day out, and building relationships that last— along with flavors you will remember.

Although we are far from finished, we invite you to be a part of journey. Our goal is to create memorable dishes in a warm “at home” atmosphere, where every guest feels like family.
